We are defending a client accused of dangerous driving. This follows him pulling alongside police officers in an unmarked car equipped with video equipment. They can be heard talking about the likely sexual preferences of males driving MGF vehicles, at which our client speeds off. During the ensuing chase he is recorded speeding up to 90 miles per hour.
